He was predeceased by: his wife Billie Dietz (Hutchins). He is survived by: his children, Laura S. D. Gerloch (Gregory) and Christopher W. Dietz (late Laura); and his siblings, Geraldine Fosbenner (late Kenneth) and Donald Dietz (Ruth). He is also survived by three grandchildren.
