He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cyphert and Gwendolyn Sherman Cyphert; his son Timothy Cyphert; and his grandson Matthew. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Schill Cyphert; his son Dennis (Cynthia Cyphert); and his daughters-in-law, Elizabeth Cyphert (Daniel Cyphert) of Oil City, Patti Cyphert (Troy) of Tionesta and Jenny Cyphert of Franklin. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
