He was predeceased by : his parents, Cletus Banner and Rose Brown Banner; and his brother Thomas Banner. He is survived by : his siblings, Steve Banner (Diane) of Fryburg, David Banner of Fryburg and Cheryl Banner (Tom) of Bethel Park, PA; his children, Joshua Banner, Alicia Banner (Dustin Mitchell), Cassandra Bacasse (Oliver) and Briana Williams (Bradford); his grandchildren, Bishop, Everett, Sydney, Griffin, Zane, Ryder and Max; and his nieces, Sarah Parker, Jenna Young and Amber Banner.

As per state regulations for Covid-19 the family asks that safety precautions of social distancing and wearing of masks will be followed.
