We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2024, at the age of 50, Jason L Hoffman (Fryburg, Pennsylvania), born in Clarion, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his parents, Verna and Leonard'Sonny'Hoffman; his wife Dianne Hoffman (Jones); his children, Jacob, Julia Hoffman, Alex and Ava Bilunka; his sisters, Rhonda Massa of Erie, PA and Shelly Titang of Marble, PA; and his cousin Edward Hoffman (Heidi) of Marble, PA. He is also survived by numerous aunts & uncles, cousins, nieces & nephews and many extended family.

In Lieu of flowers memorials in Jake's honor may be made to UPMC Oncology.
