He was predeceased by: his parents, Ambrose Ditz and Edna Smrekar Ditz; his brother Leonard; and his siblings-in-law, Freda Ditz and Mike Zacherl.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bill Ditz of Fryburg, Paul Ditz (Mary) of Shippenville and Peg Zacherl; and his girlfriend Lois Delucia (Gourley) of Franklin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
