She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy W. Knepp and Edna C. Knepp (Carey); and her grandparents, Charles, Rella Knepp, John and Rose Carey.
She is survived by: her husband William L. Bowen, Jr.; her brother Terry L. Knepp (Laura) of Baldwin, MD; her siblings-in-law, J. Patrick Bowen (Betsy) of Mt. Airy, MD and Rebecca Newhouse of Montpelier, VT; her nieces, Nicole Ambrose (Ryan), Valerie Knepp, Tracey Bowen and Annie O'Donnell; her great-nephew Nathan Shepherd; her great-niece Avery Ambrose; and her pets, Bill, CoCo, EEcko, Beau, Bart, Bentley Bowkie' and Bobbie.
