He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Tesluk and Filomena Tesluk (Mazza). He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Barbara, Thomas, Angela and John; and his siblings, Joseph, Helena and Thomas. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
