It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marian A. Nye (Friendsville, Pennsylvania), born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 2, 2019, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey L. Sutton and Hazel A. Sutton (Felton); her husband Charles E. Nye, Sr.; and her siblings, Alice Eldred, Wallace, Clifford and Gaylord Sutton.
She is survived by: her children, Joann (Tom Cooke), Nancy (James Posten), Charles Jr., Gloria Nye, David (Mary Anne Nye) and Donald E. Nye; and her aunt Ruth. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
