She was predeceased by: her parents, Freeman K. Chamberlin and Shirley Chamberlin (Potter); and her siblings, Leslie Boughton and Kent Chamberlin. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Harmon; her daughters, Maggie (Greg McNamara) and Hannah (Angela Harmon); her grandchildren, Theresa McNamara (Nicholas Anthonson) and Logan McNamara; her sister Lisa; and her brother-in-law James Walters of Warren Center, PA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Augustine Church (295 Church Rd, Brackney, PA 18812).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Jan's memory to Mike Guinane's "Giddy Up" Fund.
