He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Traver and Iva Traver (Bronson); his children, Jesse Traver, Jeff Kipp and Sherry Knapp; and his brother Edward Traver (Elizabeth).
He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Herb Traver Jr. (Amber), Bill Traver (Paula), Penny Dolan (Richard), Amy O'Dell (Bob) and Marie Riefler; his daughter-in-law Connie Traver; and his siblings, Daniel Traver (Diane), Donna Tucker (John) and Beverly Caswell. He is also survived by several grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking that memorial donations be made to the Silver Lake Volunteer Fire Company, PO Box 133, Brackney, PA 18812.
