He is survived by: his wife Tammy Lake (Bennett); his daughters, Adrian (Joshua Gregory), Nickole Lake and Tiffany Fraser; his grandchildren, Heath, Fiona Gregory, Sullivan Kovach, LiLa, Ellsworth and Scotland Fraser; his brothers, Brad and Stephen Lake; his niece Shannon Lake; his father-in-law Claude Bennett; and his sister-in-law Brenda Bennett-Alise.
