He is survived by: his wife Janine Choplick (Dippel); his sons, Daniel Choplick of Harrisburg, PA, Charles Choplick (Tracey) of Halifax, PA and Brian Choplick (Elvin) of Phoenixville, PA; his stepson Jonathan Nush; his grandson Nicholas (Paula) of Maryland; his great grandchildren, Max and Gwen; his brother Bruce (Jane); and his brother-in-law Rob (Eneida). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
