He was predeceased by: his brother Victor L. Parks. He is survived by: his sisters, Christina Cate (late Arthur Cate, Jr.) and Wanda Wise (Carroll Wise); his daughter Christy Parks; his grandchildren, Chrisotpher Grosholz, Kora, Warren Warta and Kathy Durst; his nieces and nephews, Victor, Tabitha Parks, Haley Sayo, Chastity, Sahra Wise and Angela Crafton; and his daughter Nicole Ruono Alonzo. He is also survived by children and grandchildren, including the Dinges grandchildren.
