With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Verdean C. Zimmerman of Friedens, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 7, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Eleanor Beegle and Lawrence Beegle (Bud); her grandparents, Mary and Homer Meyers; and her daughter-in-law Jodell Zimmerman (Super).

She is survived by: her spouse Thomas H. Zimmerman; her sons, Thomas D. Zimmerman, James Zimmerman (Donna) and John Zimmerman (Christine); and her foster sons, Mark Shellgren of California and Carlos Gonzales of California. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
