He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Budzina and Elizabeth Budzina (Smith); and his siblings, Andrew, Martin, Helen, Rosie, Dorothy, Margaret and Veronica.

He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Budzina (McKelvey); his children, Stephen (Mylinda), Robin (Jeff Fleegle) and Shawna Reiber; his grandchildren, Mandy Budzina, Courtney (Ben Miller), Cheyanne (David Bocsy), Aleigha and Brody Reiber; his great grandchildren, Mariana, Amara and Xavier Miller; and his sisters, Elizabeth "Betty" (Ronald McKelvey) and Mary Ann (Gregory Stumpf).
