He is survived by: his parent Pauline A. Hoffman (Roth); and his siblings, Grace (John Wisser) of Friedens, Ernest Hoffman (Susan) of Friedens and Sherwood Hoffman (Linda) of Friedens. He is also survived by Nieces & Nephews.
