It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Pile (Friedens, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 22, 2019, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Miriam Zimmerman (Mostoller) and Jacob Zimmerman of Stoystown; and her siblings, John, David, Samuel Zimmerman, Fran Zufall, Maxine Pierce and Christine Koontz.
She is survived by: her siblings, Joy Zimmerman of Stoystown and Thomas Zimmerman (Verdean) of Friedens; her siblings-in-law, Joan Zimmerman, Georgiana Zimmerman (Jan) and Donald Trent; her husband Richard R. Pile; her sons, Gregory R. Pile (Barbara) of Davidsville, Mark T. Pile (Susan) of Macungie, Bruce W. Pile (Beth) of Friedens and John D. Pile (Elizabeth) of Friedens; and her grandchildren, Nathan, Aaron Pile, Elizabeth Pile Hunsberger, Luke, Matthew, Andrew, Alexander, Adam Pile, Sarah Pile DeVault, Jacob and Emma Pile. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
