It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Bowersox of Friedens, Pennsylvania, born in Clarion, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 29, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Craig Blair and Sara Blair (Miller); her husband Kenneth L. Bowersox; and her brother Paul. She is survived by: her children, Sharon L. Blasko (Joseph) of New Centerville, Kenneth R. Bowersox (Lou Ann Leer) of Friedens, Ross E. Bowersox (Janie Pollock) of Friedens, David C. Bowersox (Lexi Friedline) of Friedens and Beverly Tirko (Donald) of Friedens. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Somerset Church of the Nazarene, 382 W. Union St., Somerset, PA 15501.
