He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Doris, Lawrence Brown and John Hay. He is survived by: his parents, Robee Lynn and Rosemary Hay (Brown); his children, Kaitlyn, Bethany and Caleb Hay; his grandmother Shirley Hay of Mt. Pleasant; and his brother Derick Hay (Arianna) of Greensburg.
