She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hancock and Delores Hancock (Werling); her siblings, Sarah Trick and Michael Hancock; and her stepgrandson DJ Freeman.
She is survived by: her husband Harrison L. Smith; her daughter Jaclyn McCusker (Shane) of Somerset; her grandsons, Lincoln and Lucas; her stepdaughters, Rhonda Layman (Brian) of Friedens and Jeanne Pokos (Brian) of Houston, TX; and her stepgrandchildren, Elizabeth and John.
