He was predeceased by: his parents, Omar Kurtz and Delphia Kurtz (Plank); and his brother David Mast. He is survived by: his wife Laura Ann Dorsey; his sons, Lee A. Kurtz (Mara) of Friedens and Loren C. Kurtz (Sarah) of Colorado Springs; his grandchildren, Brooke, Olivia, Aiden, Liliana, Violet, Maxwell and Rosalie; and his siblings, Edward Kurtz (Helen), Christine Troyer (Bill), Salome "Sally" Leinbach (Russ) and Dorothy "Dotty" Martin.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Somerset Alliance Church 708 Stoystown Rd. Somerset, PA 15501.
