Plummer of Friedens, Pennsylvania, born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 21, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence R. Plummer and Regina M. Plummer (Beiter); and his brother Keith. He is survived by: his wife Jenny S. Bigelow; his children, Isaac Karl (Rachel Jones), Caleb William, Micah Nathaniel, Samuel Richard and Makayla Sue Plummer; and his siblings, Karen Cobaugh (Michael), Kenneth (Mary), Kevin (Holly), Kimberly, Kris and Kurt Plummer (Janice). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
