He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Dively and Mildred Dively (Weighley); his wife Dorothy Mull; and his brothers, Leroy and Larry Dively.
He is survived by: his children, Cathy (Lew Fleegle), Patty Ogline, Debra Donselar, Bryan and Amy Hoffman; his grandchildren, Renee Gorsuch (Rick), Melissa Raygor (Tom), Heather Kiraly (Jason), Joseph Dively (Kristen), Rebecca Stephens (Jason), Meghan Mitchell (Dean) and Jonathan Dively; his stepgrandchildren, Christy, Brennan and Kate Fleegle; and his siblings, Eleanor Custer, George "Duck" (Dorothy) and Floyd Dively (Sandy). He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; 1 great great granddaughter.
Covid guidelines will be strictly followed.
