He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Sr. Phillippi and Ethel Phillippi (Cullison); his wife Nancy (Charlton); his grandchildren, Kayla Joy and Nathan Singo; his siblings, Ray Jr. and Shirley; his son-in-law Ricky Mitchell; and his siblings-in-law, Ted Singo, Jim Fisher, Van Tressler, Barb Charlton and John Will.
He is survived by: his son Michael Singo (Tammy); his grandchildren, Matthew Singo, Cohen and Addie Clawson; his niece Mylinda Budzina; his siblings, Delores Fisher, Arlene Singo and George Phillippi (Joanne); and his siblings-in-law, Esther Phillippi, Randy Charlton, Dan Charlton (Karen), Carol Tressler, Sandy (Less Stitt) and Pat Will. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to current pandemic precautions, his funeral service will be in person only for his family members.
