She was predeceased by: her parents, John Raymond and Esther Elizabeth Miller (Sands); her husband Fred Ward Eakin Jr.; her son Jeffry Eakin; her grandson Eric Dale Ankeny; and her sister Eris Patricia "Patty" Miller.
She is survived by: her daughter Yvonne Ankeny (Larry); her daughter-in-law Dale Eakin; her grandchildren, Jennifer Beahr (Todd), Lynnsey Shaughnessy (David), Derek Eakin (Alex) and Whitney Eakin (Rob); her great grandchildren, Molly Metzgar, Megan Beahr, Julianna, Matthew, Carter and Penelope; her great great grandchildren, Helen, Erik and Jack; and her brother John R. Miller of Meadville.
