He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis L. Rapp and Diana J. Rapp (Bell); and his brother-in-law Harold Haring. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Houck; his sons, Bryan N. (Christine) of Irwin, Bradley C. of Charlotte, NC and Brett A. of Raleigh, NC; his grandchildren, Cassady, Zachary, Jesikah, Madison, McKenzie and Drew Rapp; and his siblings, Francis L. Jr. (Sally) of New Holland and Jeanne Haring of Pottstown.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Friedens Lutheran Church (131 S Main St, Friedens, PA 15541). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
