He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Hampton (Dale) of Clearfield, PA; his sister Linda Meeker of Falls Creek, PA; his grandson Anthony Hampton of Clearfield, PA; his brother-in-law Paul Meeker of Kylertown, PA; his nieces, Leanne Phillips (Dave) of Osceola Mills, PA, Paula Vangar, Holly Walters and Shannon Meeker; and his great-nephews, Ethan and Shayde Phillips.
