He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kephart and Josephine Isherwood (Zoffuto). He is survived by: his daughter Amber Kephart; his stepson Robert Siegel; his grandchild Latrell; his siblings, John Kephart III and Tina Winkle (Earl); his uncle Raymond; and his aunt Rosalie Blehar. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
