She was predeceased by: her parents, Eleanor Polimadei-Gohn (Gretz) and Joseph Polimadei; her husband Andrew; her sisters, Audrey Montemuro and Yvonne Polimadei; and her stepbrother Andrew Gohn.
She is survived by: her daughters, Theresa Spang (David) of Oil City, Donna Romanowski (Stanley) and Janet Ebel of Venice, FL.; her grandchildren, Lisa O'Connor (Jeff), Victoria Ostrowski (Mike), Julie Phillips, Jeni Spang and Andy Spang; and her great grandchildren, Adam, Ian O'Connor, Felicia, Aleksander Ostrowski, Anthony and Henry Phillips.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of ones choice in memory of Sylvia.
