She is survived by: her husband Bob Hosler; her children, Matt (Amy), Jason (Mary) and Amy McGrath (Tony); her grandchildren, Jessica (Tom), Alex (Brianna), Evan (Brooke), Brandon (Darien), Ryan, Allison, Theresa, Anna, Aidan, Rebecca and Jackson; her great grandchildren, Gavin, Kane, Blake, Luca, Grayson, Zeke and Isabella; and her brother David.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Allegheny Valley Hospital Cancer Department, in memory of Sandy Hosler.
