He was predeceased by: his parent Mildred A. (Snyder). He is survived by: his parent William K. Bowser; his wife Linda C. Bowser (Mohney); his children, Keith Bowser and Shelley Leech; his son-in-law Terry Leech; his grandchildren, Tara Leech of Gilpin Twp and Tyler Leech of Gilpin Twp; and his sisters, Jean, Lynn Gibbs of Lower Burrell, Sandy and Robert George of Gilpin Twp.
