She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Ruffner (George) and Paul A. Ruffner; and her husband James R. Rowley. She is survived by: her children, Judy A. Bologna of Buffalo Twp, Jane E. Harbison (Kevin) of Brookville, James P. Rowley, Jeff R. Rowley (Cathy) of Freeport, John R. Rowley (Tracey) of Ford Cliff and Joe A. Rowley (Marlene) of Freeport; her brother Andrew "Tink" Ruffner (Nancy) of Freeport; her grandson Tyler Glaister; her son-in-law John Bologna; and her sisters, Helen Baldwin and Lola Hogan. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and great grandchildren.
