She is survived by: her children, Jim Bowser (Diane) of Freeport, John Bowser (Paula) of Lady Lake, Jeff Bowser (Terri) of Kittanning, Jackie Waltman (Steve) of Pittsburgh and Jani Daloisio (John) of West Kittanning; her husband James W. Bowser Jr.; her mother Constance Whyte; and her sister Ella Barnes. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren; brotherin law, Gene Bowser; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Joyce's honor to the Grace Christian School at 215 Arthur St., Kittanning, Pa. 16201 or the Orphans of the Storm Animal Shelter at 11878 State Route 85, Kittanning, Pa. 16201.
