He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes Ruffner (Easley) and Gale J. Ruffner. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ruffner (Neupert); his sons, John Todd Ruffner (Christine) of Mars and Brady Ruffner of Freeport; his grandsons, Theodore and Zachary Ruffner; and his brother William Ruffner (Carol) of Natrona Heights.
