He was predeceased by: his parents, John Disantis and Pasqualina Disantis; and his wife Anne. He is survived by: his children, John E. Disantis (Marsha) of Berlin, Conn., James A. Disantis (Brenda) of Freeport and Regina A. Disantis of Rocky Hill, Conn.; his grandchildren, Thomas Disantis (Casie), Nicholas Disantis, Catherine D'Amato (Michael), Beth Sweitzer (Mark), Laura Karoffa (Joe) and Nathan Disantis; and his great grandchildren, Jack Thomas Disantis, Campbell Jane Disantis, Grace Isabel Sweitzer, Boden Anthony Sweitzer, Lucas Gerald Karoffa and Leah Kay Karoffa.
