He was predeceased by: his parent Martha Rowley (Beale); his grandson Tyler Glaister; his son-in-law John Bologna; and his siblings, Donald Rowley and Carolyn Ross.

He is survived by: his parent Richard Rowley; his wife Joyce R. Rowley (Ruffner); his children, Judy A. Bologna of Buffalo Township, Jane E. Glaister of Brookville, James P. Rowley, Jeff R. Rowley, Cathy Rowley of Freeport, John R. Rowley, Tracey Rowley of Ford Cliff, Joe A. Rowley and Marlene Rowley of Freeport; and his brother Robert Dale. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
