James Johns Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Johns (Freeport, Pennsylvania), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 10, 2018 at the age of 31. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James Hemphill, Helen Hemphill, Lloyd Nicewonger and Mable Nicewonger. He is survived by: his parents, Susan M. Johns (Hemphill) and Robert G. Johns of Freeport; his children, Karen B. Carlson, Holden E. Johns and Avery A. Johns; his siblings, Rebecca S, Lucas Crisman and Levi Crisman; and his parents-in-law, Winnie Carlson of Charlottesville, VA and Gordon "Buddy" Carlson of Laurel, MD. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A family burial will be held at the Freeport Cemetery on Wednesday Nov. 14th In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to JJ's children c/o Karen B. Carlson 524 High St. Freeport, PA 16229.
