He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Golembesky and Jean B. Golembesky (Stiver). He is survived by: his children, James R. Golembesky (Melissa) of Freeport, Clint M. Golembesky of Allegheny Township and Genevieve Smith (Andrew T.) of Natrona Heights; his grandchildren, Cheyanne, Danica Golembesky and Laurel Smith; his siblings, Brenda, L. Golembesky (Richard C. Frantz) of Mars, Cynthia L. Hinton of Bethel Park and Shawn C. Golembesky (Debi) of Armstrong Twp; his niece Jessica Johns (Rich); and his nephew Joshua (Lindzey).
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to the funeral to offset funeral expenses.
