She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvia Shotts (Matthews) and Edward Shotts; her husband Robert K. "Skip" Schreckengost; and her brother Edward Shotts. She is survived by: her sons, Robert C. Schreckengost (Pam) of Freeport and Jeffrey L. Schreckengost (Karen) of Ford City; her grandchildren, Tonya Lang (Doug), Rob Schreckengost (Christina), Stacy Patton (Andy), April Kordes (Chad) and Steve Schreckengost (Anna); her great grandchildren, David, Alyssa Blondeaux, Makayla, Kendyll Schreckengost, Austin, Aiden and Alex Patton; her great great grandchildren, Sofia Santillo, Alivia and Ella Kordes; and her sisters, Jean Kellner of Kittanning and Marg Good.
