He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen B. Shimpeno (Brubaker) and Frank Shimpeno; and his sister-in-law Marianne Bower. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie (Jason McGuire Sr.), Erik Shimpeno (Katrin Ankney) of Freeport and Ryan (April Shimpeno); his grandchildren, Haydn, Chelsea, Jason, Marlee and Garrett; and his great grandchild Maelynn.
