He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann Manni (Kaczkowski) and Frank Manni; his son Timothy Horwatt; his sister Joan Staley; and his granddaughter Kadyn Nikkole Jack.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara C. Manni (Lelis); his stepchildren, Kimberly Smith (Eric) and John Jason "JJ" Jack (Kristianne); and his grandchildren, Tyler Horwatt (Payton), Jessica, Kristy Lee Smith, Mackensey and Justin Jack.
