She was predeceased by: her parents, Incel Anderson and Martha Anderson (Sanford); her husband Jerry Lee Slagle; her son Frederick "Fred" Slagle; and her siblings, Eugene, Charles "Pete", Kenneth, James, Leroy, Edward Anderson, Grace Lockhart, Janetta Atherton, Flossie McKain, Hazel Reedy, Margaret, Mary and Dorothy Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry J. Slagle (Sharon) of Stow, OH, Cheryl D. Delaney (William) of Templeton and Lisa D. Tomkiewicz (Charles) of Freeport; and her grandchildren, Jeff, Jared, Janine, Melissa, Robyn, Gerald, Michael, Nicholas, Julie and Kaila. She is also survived by four step-grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
