She was predeceased by: her parents, Ressie Dolores (Guntrum) and Gilbert Henry Sr. Dolores; her husband Raymond "Shorty" Fowler; and her siblings, Jack of Gilbert, JR., Donald, Robert and Dorothy Henry Foust.
She is survived by: her son David MD (Ellen) of Pittsburgh; her grandchildren, Kirstin Fowler Liu (Brian MD), Kendal Kaminski (Robert), Kathryn Eberle (Peter) and David Braden Fowler (Mary Kathleen); her great grandchildren, William, Edward Kaminski, Elena and Vincent Eberle; and her sisters, Norma Henry Lewis and Shirley Henry Hoover. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
