He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Check (Pawloski); his children, Brian Check (Heather) of Buffalo Twp and Angela Belli (Christian); his grandchildren, Jarod, Emma and Logan Check; and his siblings, Erma Jean Sommerville (Walter) of Hacketstown, NJ, Kathleen Ann Check, Richard Check (Margaret) of McGrann, PA and Daniel Check (Margie) of Buffalo Twp.
