She was predeceased by: her parents, Matilda Ekas (Thompson) and John Robert Ekas; her sister Janet Prascsak; and her son-in-law Fred Cline. She is survived by: her husband Walter P. Jack Sr.; her children, Cathi Cooper of Sarver, Paula Cline of Sarver, Walter P. Jack, Jr. of PIttsburgh, Jay Jack of Freeport and David Jack of Huntsville, AL.; and her grandchildren, Kim Cooper, Jack Cooper (Lorraine), Steven Cooper, Matt Cline (Seaneen), Chelsea Cline, Danielle Nagurney (John), Daria Jack (Matt Price) and Sean Jack (Lindsay Wolfe). She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
