He is survived by: his children, Victoria Kolakowski (Dennis) of Allegheny Twp, Cynthia Hladney (George) of Freeport and Andrew Ostrowski of Pittsburgh; his grandchildren, Justin Kolakowski (Chrissy), Chelsea Martin (Ed), Shawn Hladney (Rebecca) and Jason Hladney (Cathy); his great grandchildren, Madelyn and Julianne Hladney; and his children, God Church and Rev. Edward Volz.
