She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Horn and Evelyn Horn (Stahlnecker); and her siblings, Alvin, Jack, Eugenia and Shirley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie DePietro, Victoria Mast and Christine Kluemper (Bart); her grandchildren, Derek (Cassandra), Danielle (Joe) and Steven; and her great grandchildren, Nathan, Hailey and Isabelle.
