She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Alfonso and Helen Alfonso (Piripavel); and her sons, Walter Alfonso, Charles R. Kunsman, Jr. and David M. Kunsman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry L. Flanagan (Paul) of Bethlehem and Sandra L. Kunsman-Chavanne (Jeff) of Bethlehem. She is also survived by 7 loving grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
