She was predeceased by: her spouse Keith R. Willever; her parent Carlton Packard; her grandchildren, Kelly and Renna; and her siblings, Carl, Wally, Jim, Jeanette Youngkin and Marjorie Walters.
She is survived by: her parent Alvona Packard (Keiffer); her children, Keith (Cindy), David, Carl (Susan) and Joanne (Martin Zaharick) of Freemansburg; her brother Michael (Pam) of Bethlehem; her grandchildren, Sarah, Keith, Heather, Chris and Martin; and her great grandchildren, Mason, Taylor and Adaline. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
