He is survived by: his wife Kelly Wood; his children, Steven Blackburn Jr. (Amy Phillips) and Megan (John Wanyo); his siblings, Edward (Mary), Joseph (Sandy) and Susan (Michael Wallover); and his grandchildren, Harper Grace, Beckett Charles and Wyatt James.
